At Carmatpro, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
· Unused and in original condition
· Free from damage, stains, or signs of installation
· Returned in the original packaging
· Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
· Custom-made or personalized products
· Used, installed, or damaged items
· Products returned without prior authorization
· Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Because many of our automotive products are custom-fit and made specifically for individual vehicle models, certain customized orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Please do not return products without receiving return instructions from our support team.
EXCHANGES
Customers may also request an exchange instead of a return or refund.
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- The same product in a different size, color, or vehicle model (if applicable)
- Another product of equal value
If the replacement product has a price difference, customers may be required to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval by our support team.
Return Shipping Costs

Carmatpro will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

· Ordered wrong model
· Changed mind
· No longer needed
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
Once an order has entered production, processing, or shipment preparation, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
For custom-made products, cancellation may not be possible after production has started.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Please include clear photos showing:
· The product
· The packaging
· The shipping label
· The issue encountered
We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement, refund, or exchange where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
