At Carmatpro, we currently ship to the following countries and regions:

· Canada

· Australia
At this time, we do not ship to other countries or regions not listed above.
We do not ship to:
· PO Boxes
· APO/FPO military addresses
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be shipped from our warehouses or fulfillment centers located in Hong Kong, Mainland China, or other overseas locations.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are included in the product price displayed on our website where applicable.
Customers are not required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery under normal circumstances.
However, Carmatpro is not responsible for unexpected customs charges resulting from local policy changes or special customs procedures in the destination country.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking information may require several business days to update after the shipment has been dispatched.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
